You have done the hardest part by acknowledging and seeking out support. I’ve worked with older adults with advanced health conditions for 5 years, and have provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health concerns. My passion is working with women who are dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with an MSW, and I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, medical issues, physical health, PTSD, trauma, and stress. Here’s what therapy with me looks like: My main focus is creating a non-judgmental space for you to acknowledge, honor, and release thought patterns and feelings that are keeping you stuck. I will provide practical tools you can use day-to-day, like mindfulness and deep breathing exercises. I take a holistic approach, meaning we will talk about all aspects of well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual, and how they are connected. I will walk alongside you on your path to healing and help you tap into your own inner wisdom and intuition.
