I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and clinical sexology, allowing me to support clients navigating concerns that are often difficult to discuss, including intimacy, shame, hormonal changes, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and relationship challenges. Whether you're seeking support for a specific mental health concern or looking for a safe space to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting emotional wellness. I strive to create an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where every client feels comfortable bringing their authentic self to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll review your current concerns, personal history, symptoms, strengths, and goals to develop a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs. Treatment is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. Sessions are tailored to each person's unique circumstances and may focus on developing practical coping strategies, processing life experiences, improving relationships, managing symptoms, and building long-term emotional resilience.
