I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I wanted to work with students and young adults to help them face life's challenges and progress victoriously. I earned my MEd in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University and hold a Doctor of Social Work from Walden University. I also completed my bachelor's degree at Auburn University. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've done this a thousand times, my goal is to make this process as comfortable and accepting as possible for you! Therapy is a space where you get to create a vision and path for your life or just get a little help staying on track.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
