I often work with clients who are noticing repeated emotional or relational patterns and want to understand where they come from.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want clients to feel safe, respected, and genuinely met where they are. My goal is for the space to feel grounded, non-judgmental, and collaborative from the very first session.
