LOCATION: Gaea Woods Psychotherapy offers in-person psychotherapy in Los Feliz and Telehealth psychotherapy to clients anywhere in CA. PRACTICE: We see adults, teens, and couples in our practice and treat a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, trauma, creative issues, life transitions, and grief. EDUCATION: I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor's degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. STATEMENT: My style is loving, non-judgmental, and creative. My role is to help empower you to change. I do this by uncovering unconscious mechanisms that drive your current issues. Unconscious material comes into focus by our discussing your past relationships and life events. You will take an active role in therapy by looking inward. As your therapist, I will assist you by promoting honesty, self-compassion, and self-acceptance in order for you to connect with your authentic self and come into your natural state of well-being.
