The session is led by you, so if you want to learn skills, be serious, have fun while still working, that is all doable - though I will ask what you want to work on. I believe in challenging dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors that don't benefit us in our daily life. I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on dialectical- behavioral therapy. I've had extensive training around trauma, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. Whatever comes up, we can work through it together. Life is hard, so sometimes you need to walk with someone, and that is completely okay. I am here to walk with you until you can walk on your own. Let's start moving and see what happens.
