Welcome! My name is Autumn Rodney, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California for the past 4 years. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. As a Christian, I thank God for equipping me to help clients in their time of need and for giving me a passion to see relationships thrive! First, I want to commend you on taking this nerve-wracking step toward becoming a better version of yourself. I am most fulfilled when I can work with clients who are self-aware and have the courage to change. My focuses are premarital/marital counseling, peer/relational difficulties, stress/job stress, trauma, parenting, chronic illness, pregnancy/postpartum, women’s issues, familial conflict, life transitions/adjustments, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I’m most comfortable in relationship building with my clients, while being genuine, yet direct. I show a lot of empathy and am very strength-based.
