“Autumn is a great therapist. She takes the time to assess different scenarios, build off what we have talked about, and finds different ways to incorporate small changes and thought processes in my daily life. She is one to make me think and challenges me to see the bigger picture instead of my small image that I have created in my mind. She is an absolute joy, she offers sound and realistic advice, but also teaches and further explains what she is talking about. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

Getting to know Autumn Ross

Heyyy, I'm Autumn, Are you someone whose life looks “good” from the outside, yet it still feels like something is missing? Or are you held back by feelings of negativity, judgment, and fear that keep you from living your best life? It's time to take control. With my help, you can gain the skills you need to conquer life's struggles. Seeking help can be nerve-wracking, but rest assured that I will create a safe and supportive space for everyone who shows up! Clients come to me looking for someone who truly “gets” what's going on with them on a deeper level, someone who is sex-positive, and someone who provides a place where they feel safe and validated. Sessions are about more than just talking; we incorporate both your mind and body so you can experience wholeness again. Together, we'll work toward managing issues related to anxiety, depression, life changes, sexual-related concerns, exploration, and more. It's time for you to feel empowered and confident in overcoming obstacles. Let's start this journey together. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Webster University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Every person's journey is unique and requires a tailored approach to achieve true healing. As your therapist, my mission is to provide a space that is safe, supportive, and conducive to self-exploration. By the end of our therapeutic journey, clients can expect to have a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and the tools needed to overcome their challenges.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
