"IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $240 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. My name is Autumn, and I was a peer support for 10 years before I became a clinician. I received my master's of social work from Salem State University, and I enjoy working with people who are creative and emotional. I have worked with people managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, bipolar, and schizoaffective disorder. I love to see my clients connecting to social supports, exploring their interests, and building relationships. My primary focus is on client empowerment. This includes helping to identify environmental factors oppressing your growth and healing, how to navigate imperfect systems to meet your needs, and community building-because healing is not individual work. Healing happens with other people, within communities and relationships. Modalities I use include CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. "
