Therapy should be a safe place for people. My goal as a therapist is for clients to feel heard and valued. It is my privilege to be welcomed into people's lives and have them share their deepest thoughts and feelings. I have been working as a therapist since 2006, with experience in both private practice and medical settings. I specialize in helping individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, co-parenting issues, grief, and medical challenges. I earned my PhD from Loma Linda University, which has deeply informed my approach to compassionate and effective care.
