Women in this country and around the world are struggling with issues that impact their lives. I love helping women gain clarity around their challenges and grow their self-esteem. Grief comes to all of us-it is a difficult time in our lives. I have spent many years helping people through the grieving process. Hello, I am Ayrol Young, a licensed clinical social worker. I received my Master's in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College Hillel in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for over 30 years in various cities across the country-San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. I have also traveled the world with an organization providing counseling to U.S. military service members and their families. I have been trained in many different treatment modalities, including: - EAP: short-term counseling - Grief: K?bler-Ross grief support training - Gestalt: self-awareness and self-acceptance - Crisis: hotline client support as well as workplace violence prevention - EMDR: trauma remediation - Earth Wisdom training: apprenticeship in process

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
