Hi there, I'm Bailli! My name is Bailli Coles, and I am a clinically licensed social worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland. I like a collaborative approach to therapy to encourage client autonomy. My approach I work mostly with cognitive behavioral theory but also practice dialectical behavioral theory, written exposure therapy, and motivational interviewing. My focus I am open to seeing clients from all walks of life and any mental health diagnoses. I have the most experience with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. My communication style I like to set a tone of accountability on both parts. I am direct in my communication of expectations, and I like for my clients to be direct with me as well.
