I have worked in the mental health field for over eight years and practiced as a mental health clinician for the past three years. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and group counseling, with groups focused on grief/loss and anger management. My treatment approach is person-centered while providing an objective perspective to guide treatment. I incorporate evidence-based techniques and theoretical supports into my treatment plans as appropriate. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and tools to help you through life’s challenges.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
