Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I have been in the mental health field since 2015 and been practicing as a therapist for 5 years. My goal is to help clients gain control over their mental health symptoms - whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma or adjustment to recent stressors that might be impacting their day to day life - so that they can better understand how their mental health is being impacted and feel supported to be able to implement changes in their life to overcome them and be able to build the tools needed so that they can feel confident doing so moving forward.
