I am a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in a variety of settings with both teens and adults. Since I have been a therapist for quite a while I have a wide variety of experience with complex mental and behavioral health disorders. Some of my specialties include ADHD; Autism; Anxiety; and Complex Trauma. However; if you are seeking therapy for support in daily life; parenting; or want to develop better social interactions I can assist with that as well.
