Getting to know Baylie Reierson
We all have things in life that bring us pain and impact our view of ourselves, others, and the world. These views can become taxing and can leave us feeling stressed, depleted, or lonely. In our work together, you will have the opportunity to be heard in a safe space and receive support in making manageable changes in your life. I will collaborate with you and encourage honesty in all aspects of the therapy process.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California (LMFT #112307) and Colorado (MFT.0002217). I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and have been practicing for 7 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families. In our work, we will draw primarily from family systems and attachment theories, as well as use Cognitive Behavioral practices to provide you with concrete strategies to address daily stressors. We can work to address any concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral struggles, and parenting.

Bailey has truly been an answered prayer. This being my first time in therapy at 33 years old, after being diagnosed with postpartum depression/anxiety, I was nervous to open up to anyone. Bailey is incredibly caring and patient and has an incredible ability to understand me like no one that I have ever known. This is the first time in my life that I have truly felt heard and understood and I am so very grateful. I could not say enough great things about my therapist and I recommend therapy to everyone I know now.
