My communication style I would describe my communication style as Non-Judgmental, Gental but Direct. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to become a provider while serving in the U.S Air Force. I experienced many examples of anger, substance abuse, as well as high divorce rates. Anxiety and depression were also very prevalent. I knew when I separated from the military, I was going to become a provider in order to make a difference. My goals for you I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
