I primarily work with individuals navigating self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, going to college, becoming a parent, career changes, postpartum depression, and peri/perimenopause. I specialize in self-esteem, relationships, and Bringing Baby Home. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and grounded. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who uses both evidence-based and holistic practices to tailor treatment to your needs. My approach may include ACT, DBT, CBT, and/or Motivational Interviewing.
