I have been working as a therapist in Nevada for approximately 12 years. I specialize in children and geriatrics, working with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, and other behavioral concerns. I am also certified in ADHD. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. My favorite therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral, acceptance, person-centered, and solutions-focused therapies. I am passionate about providing psycho-education on diagnoses as needed, along with connecting clients to community resources. I am very outgoing, patient, kind, genuine, and a great listener. I assess where a client is, including their motivation and willingness to change, and design a treatment plan based on the client's self-report. In the first session, I will ask many questions to obtain a detailed psycho-social history, aiming to get a clear picture of one's past as well as their current concerns.
