A major focus of my work has been anxiety management, helping individuals identify and implement healthy coping skills, reduce stress, and improve self-care. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have been a therapist for over six years in northeast Ohio. I also provide telehealth therapy, making it easier for you to access care from the comfort of your home. I am dedicated to helping adults, caregivers, teenagers, couples, and veterans create positive change in their lives. My belief is that all people are capable of reaching a healthier place in their lives. I work with couples who want to improve their relationships, using a client-centered, solution-focused approach. Together, we will find strength-based options to create a healthier and happier lifestyle. I work closely with individuals to help them enhance their overall quality of life and with couples to develop balance and ensure everyone's needs are heard and addressed. While change can be uncomfortable and even frightening, I promise to work with each individual at their own unique pace, providing support and clarification every step of the way.
