As a therapist, I bring warmth, compassion, reliability, and genuine care to every session. My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and grounded in empathy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore challenges, process difficult experiences, and build lasting change. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, mood disorders, and complex family dynamics. I am also passionate about supporting cancer survivors and individuals facing serious medical diagnoses, helping them cope with the emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges that often accompany illness and recovery.
My clinical expertise includes working with survivors of trauma and abuse, individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, those struggling with body image and clients seeking freedom from patterns rooted in past experiences. Using a systemic lens, I consider the broader context of each person's life, addressing concerns at both the individual and relational levels to promote meaningful and sustainable growth.
As a therapist who balances directness with compassion, I view clients as active partners in the therapeutic process. I provide a nurturing, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles that recognize the impact of life experiences on emotional well-being while fostering resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Belinda is extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. I went to her for help after a distressful incident, and started seeing the benefit immediately. She is a great listener, offers advice, and provides helpful readings/exercises in between sessions. I walked away each session with action items to help me if I felt anxious.
