Hello! My name is Belinda Olson, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master's in Counseling from National University in Fresno and have been working in mental health counseling for 5 years. During and after graduation, I worked in various mental health settings, including group homes, adult clinics, children and teen clinics, and in-patient facilities.
I have experience working with clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family conflicts. My expertise lies in providing individual therapy to promote success in life. Together, we review interventions and the effectiveness of therapy to identify areas for improvement. I strive to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and provide a nonjudgmental environment where healing can take place.
