Getting to know Ben Bowman

Do you feel like you have been stuck in a pattern that is holding you back? Have you tried everything you can think of to make a change but still feel out of control or helpless? That's where I come in. My job is to empower my clients to become more effective problem solvers. I teach them how to be confident, how to harness emotions instead of just avoiding them, and how to discover and channel a growth mindset. I utilize a skills-based approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to help you create a multi-faceted toolbox that can be used to face challenges disrupting your life. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and earned my Bachelor's degree from Tulane University. This educational background supports my commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to your unique needs.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
