As a therapist, I strive to provide an empathetic, compassionate, and safe space for clients. I have over fifteen years in the helping profession, supporting and assisting individuals in public health clinics and non-profit community-based organizations. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I work collaboratively with clients to identify, explore, and process their struggles and challenges. I help clients increase self-awareness and identify and implement safe solutions and coping skills. I work collaboratively with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, relational problems, grief, substance use, trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS). I incorporate behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches in my practice.
