All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My style of therapy is grounded in values of collaboration and transparency. In collaborating, I strive to center your narrative to empower your expertise in self-knowledge and to pair that knowledge and willingness to change with my own therapeutic expertise, empathic regard, and existential positivity. I hold a Master's in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, which informs my approach and deepens my understanding of relational dynamics. In being transparent, I share openly what I am thinking and the "why" behind those thoughts. Through our conversations, we will generate new insight and shifts in perspective that you can actionably apply to create intentional, positive change in your life. That change becomes the direction through which you can navigate the circumstances that brought you to therapy in the first place.
