Bennecia utilized evidenced based techniques of cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy and client-centered to assist individuals in identifying and obtaining skills that can be used in managing emotional situations. Bennecia believes in being client-centered, meeting people where they are and establishing a therapeutic relationship so that individuals are eventually able to resolve their issues effectively and independently.
