My focus is to be the mirror that helps clients see their strength, resilience, and true selves. I work with individuals navigating trauma, gender identity, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), relationship challenges, and those seeking LGBTQ+ affirming care. I’m passionate about empowering people to set healthy boundaries, embrace authenticity, and create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I also provide clinical sign-offs for medical gender-affirming care and support both traditional and polyamorous couples in strengthening their relationships. My approach blends reality-based, feminist, holistic, and Adlerian techniques, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where compassion and honesty foster growth. As a queer single mother of two, I bring authenticity, warmth, and real-life understanding to my work. Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, watching scary movies, and finding balance in life’s everyday moments.
