Hi! Reaching out for therapy can be tough, being here and looking for a therapist is a huge first step! I am currently taking on clients who are navigating separation and/or divorce, processing the emotional impacts of dyslexia, and navigating domestic violence experiences. I am a Consilium Trained Practitioner; as part of my training, I collaborate with similarly trained attorneys, judges, financial professionals, and therapists offering ongoing education, mentoring, events, and peer support to enrich my practice. I believe that our relationship is pivotal in therapy feeling successful. I'm collaborative, creative, & honest; I believe humor has a place in therapy, too! I appreciate that each client comes in with unique needs and strengths and I approach each client without judgement. I am honored to walk with you on your journey, wherever that may be.
