I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate mental health challenges and life’s transitions. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, and everyday stressors, and I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to each client I work with.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My background includes mobile crisis response, adult mental health care management, high school individual therapy, and child and adolescent group work. These experiences have shaped my ability to support clients across a wide range of needs with both clinical skill and genuine care. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and empathetic space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I strive to be the kind of therapist I wish I had growing up, someone who offers compassion, understanding, and a strong sense of connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
