Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals. My experience in various public roles has equipped me to support the successful reentry of ex-offenders into the community. If you are a returning citizen, you will find me to be a compassionate and supportive partner in your journey.
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I find highly effective in addressing a wide range of issues. However, I also integrate techniques and insights from psychoanalysis, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy to tailor my approach to your unique needs.
