Getting to know Beth Branigan

I’m a LPCC offering trauma-informed therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and at times EMDR-focused. I specialize in PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. For children and younger adolescents, I incorporate play and art therapy to support emotional expression and growth. With adults and older teens, I integrate EMDR and humanistic approaches to help process past experiences, improve communication, and foster deeper connections. Whether you're seeking relief, insight, or growth, I’m here to walk with you—gently and with curiosity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Although EMDR and trauma work are central to my practice, I also support adults, teens, and children navigating a wide range of concerns—including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, and developmental challenges. I am currently welcoming new clients who are interested starting their healing journey. Whether you're seeking support for trauma recovery, emotional regulation, or gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and behavioral patterns, I would be honored to support you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Beth has completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training, as well as advanced-level training in EMDR for complex trauma and specialized training in using EMDR with children and adolescents. She is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and holds dual certification in Child and Family Trauma, working with teens and parents. In addition, Beth is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), equipping her with a wide range of evidence-based approaches to support clients of all ages in their healing journey.
