“I have been incredibly impressed with Beth's knowledge, professionalism, intelligence, and ability to quickly build a rapport with me. I tried other therapists first, and they just couldn't see the big picture of how the issues I was dealing with fit together. Beth does, and is helping me to take steps that focus on one area of my life but positively impact other areas as well. I feel very positive about the progress I am making and am so appreciative of everything Beth is doing to help me work through long-standing issues that I wish I had addressed a long time ago.”

Beth has been amazing to work with! She is caring and sensitive and a great listener. She has great input and ideas, but also challenges me to find and use my own tools, so that I have the power to control my thoughts and emotions. Meeting with her has been very helpful for my emotional and mental recovery during this time of physical injury. Thank you so much Beth!
