Beth Warner, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
Beth Ann Warner, MS, LMHC, earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I am a solution-focused therapist who develops Master Treatment Plans that address challenges systematically. I work with individuals suffering from Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Eating Disorders, Addiction (in all forms), as well as Couples and Family issues. I also support those dealing with PTSD and trauma in all forms. Additionally, I offer Life Coaching to individuals who feel stuck with life challenges or are newly clean and sober, trying to find their way. My approach integrates Cognitive, Psychodynamic, Behavioral, and Humanistic methods. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance and provide empathetic, authentic, and compassionate therapy. Currently, I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, eating disorders, conflicts, and life changes. I strive to meet clients where they are emotionally. Being naturally empathetic and an effective listener, I genuinely care about each client, having experienced many of the challenges they endure. Coming from a family affected by addiction and as a survivor of significant trauma, I recognized early in my career that I loved helping people address their issues, let go, and move forward. I lost my son to a fentanyl overdose several years ago, which has given me a distinct understanding of mental health challenges. I like to collaborate on the Master Treatment Plan, set clear goals, and systematically follow each objective. Flexibility is essential, as sessions may take us in different directions. I aim to make clients feel at ease by finding common ground. I conduct thorough intakes, as family history and current living situations are gateways to understanding the challenges a client may be experiencing.
