“I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in seeking therapy to speak to Bethany Sanders. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtfully kind. She is also quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. I find her services to be priced fairly and the portal/program she uses to house documents and host sessions to be easy to navigate. In my personal experience, I was hesitant to begin therapy for a myriad of reasons but Bethany provided answers and support as she guided me slowly through the process until I was comfortable opening up and diving deeper. ”

Getting to know Bethany Sanders
I graduated from The University of North Texas with dual Bachelor degrees in Social Work and Applied Gerontology. I then graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with my Masters in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health. Later, I completed my clinical hours under supervision in a group practice to obtain my Clinical License.
As a social worker, I have been able to work in a variety of environments such as non-profit work, hospice, dialysis facilities, nursing facilities, and with women leaving domestic violence situations. This diversity in work has allowed me to work with adults of all ages, many of whom were going through great life transitions or challenges. It has prepared me for the role I am now in, filling me with a great sense of empathy and compassion.
My desire is to be able to walk along side those who seek therapy with me by taking a deeper look at past trauma, adjusting to new life transitions, and by finding new ways to cope with the future.
