Bethany Shrewsbury, LPC

Psychotherapist
250 Thunderbird Dr, Ste 5, El Paso, TX
Hi, I am a therapist who specializes in working with trauma, grief/bereavement, and many other life adjustments. I am dedicated to working with my clients. My goal when working with clients is to help them achieve personal growth, satisfaction, and fulfillment through self-exploration and self-actualization. I cannot tell you what you need, but I can help you discover your answers. In that, there is self-empowerment, recovery, and growth. I graduated in 2015 from Bellevue University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling. This has not been an easy journey for me, as I did not know that counseling was my calling until I experienced my own tragedy and needed to find recovery for myself and my family. I am no stranger to pain, and I know the challenges faced when recovering from such devastating events. I have achieved recovery-it has not been easy-but I know recovery is achievable. I will not tell you that recovery erases all the bad things that have happened, but it is learning to accept the outcomes and finding new ways to move forward with your life in meaningful ways. I would love to help you on that journey.

I invite you to participate in a journey of self-discovery and increased self-worth while developing and fine-tuning mindfulness and inner peace. There is so much to be learned in this life, and it is a whole lot easier when the journey is not alone.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
