Hi there, I'm Bethany! I'm Bethany Stapinski, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of New England and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. I believe that therapy and counseling are not one-size-fits-all experiences. Every client is unique, with their own individual learning styles, lived experiences, and wants and needs. I tailor my clients' sessions to meet their specific goals and provide them with the necessary tools and skills to achieve mental wellness. My approach I use several treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Play Therapy Techniques. I am a strengths-based and client-centered therapist who believes my role is to provide unwavering support for my clients. My focus I have 5+ years of experience working with diverse populations, including children ages 5 and up, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and active-duty military personnel. My communication style I am empowering, solution-oriented, and believe in accountability. My journey to mental healthcare I have always believed in holding space for others, and it is my passion to help guide people to live their best and most authentic lives.
