When I work with clients, I am a collaborator. What I offer you is an approach to exploration and learning about yourself that puts you on the path to your own healing. Sometimes we all just want someone to fix something - I totally get that! But one of the many things life has taught me is that actively participating in your own education and evolution, driven by your own will and desire, is the way change truly happens and creates a long-lasting impact in our lives. Together, we can discover what health and wellness look like for you. There are many ways we can get there, and we can figure it out together. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Florida International University, which informs my collaborative and client-centered approach.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
