I focus on creating an environment where you can feel completely relaxed and free to express yourself openly and honestly. My journey to mental healthcare All of my life I have had a strong desire to help others. My interest in wanting to know more about people and human behavior led me to major in Psychology. As a young person, I remember offering support to others during difficult times. That's when I learned that I'm naturally an active listener, and very good at understanding other people's emotions. The satisfaction of seeing clients achieve personally by overcoming challenges they've had in different areas of their lives is what continues to drive me to do the work that I do every day. My goals for you First, I express the purpose of setting goals. I then help my clients.
