Getting to know Betty Denise Pope
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from the University of Georgia and have been practicing over 25 years. I help adults struggling with mental health symptoms, stress and trauma, relationship difficulties, or substance abuse. My initial goal is to thoroughly understand a patient's current life, history, and areas of concern. I then strive develop and implement an individualized plan for recovery and goal achievement based on the patient's needs and preferences.
My hours are 2pm to 9pm Thursday - Friday. I'm not available any day before 2pm, so please keep this in mind as you make your decision. Please use the messaging system in grow for any questions or if you would like to share additional information after completeing your intake form and questionnaire. Please be aware that there is a charge for late cancelations and missed appointments, this includes the intake appointment. The grow system allows you to change and cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
