I am available to meet with you in a scheduled, personal interview to assess the situation, discover possible solutions with you, and resolve issues that get in the way of you being the best self you want to be. While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, talking with a trained professional helps alleviate emotional distress by learning better ways of coping, resolving past issues, and improving communication. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I take a respectful, non-judgmental approach to therapy and am non-binary inclusive in my practice. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Toronto. I offer you an opportunity to face your difficulties constructively and confidently, freeing you to enjoy all the good things life has to offer. I look forward to working with you.
