Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and integrating faith-based principles for clients who desire it, I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns and create meaningful change. Together, we'll build tools that help you feel more empowered! My communication style I focus on clear, honest, and direct communication with my clients. I encourage my clients to take the lead in their sessions and introduce topics of conversation and pain points that are important to them. There is no such thing as talking too much or oversharing in our sessions. I'm here to collaborate with you in your journey! My journey to mental healthcare My desire to become a therapist was born out of my own personal tragedy. In helping myself and other friends and community members to move towards healing, I realized that I had a calling to help in a bigger way. Supporting others and assisting them in developing patterns of healthy thinking is part of my God-given purpose!
