I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years’ experience in working in the mental health field. I specialize in assisting clients navigate through issues such as anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, women’s issues, weight management and life transitions. I received my Master of Social Work from Troy University, in Phenix City, Alabama. My last 5 years of practice I have primarily worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility, however, my foundation in social work began in the outpatient mental health sector which entailed a client centered approach with individual counseling.
