Together, we create interventions such as coping skills, self-regulation, cognitive restructuring, problem solving, boundary setting, and relationship enhancement. My approach to treatment varies and includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Narrative, Positive Psychology, and Trauma-Focused therapies.
