Hi there, I'm Bijone!
For nearly 10 years, across multiple cultures and age groups, I have helped others decide what they want now out of life. My slogan, "Okay, but now what?", validates others’ experiences while pushing for new heights in their present and future. Vitality means being strong and active—I use this power to assist others in discovering their own inner peace. I hold a Master’s in Community Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree, both from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
My approach
Working with clients who struggle with trauma and anxiety, we'll use a cognitive processing approach that lets you speak about your experience at your own pace. I’ll guide you to understand the impacts of these events in several areas of life and use cognitive reframing techniques to help discover alternative thoughts and behaviors that no longer harm you.

I work with individuals facing challenges from stress and anxiety to relationship issues and personal growth. I’m comfortable helping clients navigate emotional difficulties, develop coping skills, and work through past trauma. I also support those seeking personal development, mindfulness, and goal setting. My approach is compassionate, integrative, and focused on empowering clients to make lasting, positive changes.

I often use Cognitive Processing Therapy. Together, we explore schemas impacted by unhelpful core beliefs that have become realities for you. I provide compassion and openness to explore those beliefs and then challenge their validity.
