Getting to know Blake Moreno

Hello there my name is Blake and I look forward to getting to know and work with you. I've been fortunate enough to work with all age ranges for the past 8 years providing assistance to those struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidality, post-traumatic stress, as well as grief and loss. I enjoy working alongside my clients utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve the quality of life and reinstall a healthy and sustainable trajectory.

What should a new client know about working with you?

At our first session I prefer going over the assessment form to help guide us and work collaboratively on therapeutic goals and outcomes you aspire most for. Throughout therapy as we get to build upon sessions I strive to implement healthy coping skills and at times homework to help build and reinforce healthy habits. When we come to the end of therapy it is beneficial to reassess and review the progress that you have made along the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This review is from a parent. My 12 year old receives therapy with Blake. My child was not keen on doing therapy in the first place, but Blake’s welcoming and open manner soon helped my child to become very attached, and now my child appreciates therapy. It’s not his favorite activity of course, but he looks forward to seeing Blake and feels invested in learning the skills Blake is working on with him. I have also noticed a positive difference in my child’s attitude and behavior. I highly recommend Blake for his friendly nature and ability to make an authentic connection with his client.
Blake was great with my 10yr old. He helped him with his sleeping issues and social skills. Will definitely use Blake again in the future when we restart therapy after summer break. Thanks!
My 11 year old enjoys there sessions.
