Getting to know Bonnie Alagood

Struggling with life issues or school challenges? I'm here to help. With over 40 years of experience in counseling and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas, I provide support to individuals of all ages, from elementary to high school students, as well as adults dealing with life’s adversities. My approach emphasizes understanding, practical solutions, and tailored strategies to empower my clients to overcome their issues. Let’s work together to navigate your path to well-being. I have helped school-aged children through their struggles and life challenges, and my experience extends to assisting adults as well. Please note that I cannot prescribe medication, and I do not provide marriage counseling. I look forward to working together!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide support for the client thru Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I offer support for school age clients, cancer survivors, grief counseling, and life issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For youg adults and adults, I provide talk therapy. For younger clients, I use art and play media along with talk therapy.
