Getting to know Bonnie England

Life is full of challenges and transitions. Difficult thought patterns and emotional struggles can leave you feeling stuck, hurt, and overwhelmed. Whatever brings you to seek therapy, know that you are taking an important first step to finding healing and wholeness, and it would be an honor to be alongside you for the journey. I especially enjoy working with teenagers, couples, and anyone going through life transitions, including those transitions that bring up deeper questions of faith and spirituality. I help people address anxiety, depression, and past trauma. I incorporate many modalities into my practice based on client need, but I especially enjoy using psychodynamic approaches like IFS that address the way the past influences the present. I have completed Gottman training Levels 1 and 2 for work with couples, and I am 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher for incorporating meditation and mindfulness into treatment.
