Bonnie integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, communication, and stress management skills. She also has experience with Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for young children and families.
