My journey to mental healthcare I have always been drawn to helping others overcome the challenges that life throws our way. I first became a certified substance use counselor and worked toward obtaining my M.A. in Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy. I wouldn't work in any other field as it's my truest passion and honor to help individuals and families reach their full potential. My goals for you It's important for me to challenge my clients but only in the direction to which they want to be headed in life. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach to goal setting.
