Dear potential patients, Welcome to Uplift and to my messages to each of you. I have been a therapist for over 40 years, holding a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, anger issues, and substance abuse are my specialties. I try to make therapy fun, help you understand your diagnosis, change perceptions, develop new coping skills, and change behaviors to help each of you have happier lives. Individual, family, and group psychotherapies are each provided depending on each person's needs. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are provided onsite if you need this.
